Return Policy

Returns for items are accepted for full refund or store credit. All customers who wish to return their orders should contact us at return@snineonline.com to request a return. Items MUST be received by S.Nine within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please note that all accessories, eyewear, swimwear and sale items are FINAL SALE. All returns must be shipped via trackable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached.
